Individual sessions

My work is based on different technics of touch, movement and physical exercises, descriptions and discussions.

I teach people to recover from accidents, operations and after birth giving, to prepare physically pregnancy, to improve performances and capacities, to take care of chronic pain that reduce our well-being and quality of life and to stop behaviour patterns. A non-exhaustive list of examples of behaviour patterns and chronic symptoms are mentioned at the end of this page.

The body is able to unite all necessary resources to be in good health and to allow self-development. The lack of attention to our body, to ourself and to what surrounds us plays a big part in the source of our suffering.

Gaining back our natural physical abilities such as breathing, concentration, movement, flexibility, strength, endurance, digestion, fertility, vitality, lightness, silence etc. gives way to a surprising evolution and efficiency in daily life.

Sessions focused on a behaviour pattern

The program of a personal individual work starts with an analysis in order to determine a recurrent situation, an outstanding symptom and the aim you want to achieve.

Following this analysis I propose weekly sessions adapted to your personal needs. You learn to physically sense your reactions in a daily situation, reactions that have become routine over time. This process will enable you to feel the impact of a reaction in your body and to learn how to stop and transform this automatism into energy, stop the connected symptom and cross your limits. Along this process focused on a behaviour pattern you learn to manage differently physical and emotional pain and you discover the means to confront your fears.

Sessions focused on recovery

After birth-giving, an accident or an operation you learn to allow and encourage the natural healing process of the body and to work with pain, restrictions, tensions and fears connected to these events. The work is focused on recovery. Your period of recovery allows you not only to get well quicker but also to learn more about your body and how to manage better this period with diminished capacities.

Activities in groups

Lectures and miniworkshops with a few exercises that treat specific subjects such as fear, anger, frustration, relationships, movement etc. in small groups to enhance the comprehension of bodywork and experience practical tools.

Special activities for companies

For companies, organizations and institutes etc. that want to invest in the well-being of their employees, I offer short sessions and lectures on the working place to find relief from stress and tension, gain relaxation, energy and concentration and learn more about how to tackle stress in a practical way. Headaches, backaches, pains in the neck and various other places, heavy legs, dysfunction of digestive, glandular, nervous system, lack of energy, enthusiasm etc.

Inability to say « no », abandon when we want to persist, being imprisoned in the role of a victim, difficulties in communication, concentration, indecision etc. Emotional repetitive issues such as : worry, frustration, suspicion, sadness, anger, guilt, indifference etc.
