MLC Workshop on Self-care and Softness

A day with a licensed practitioner of MLC in a beautiful surrounding close to Yverdon. We tickled our 5 senses through various exercises to allow our natural qualities like pleasure, softness and care. The workshop took place in a beautifully renovated room of a house of the beginning of the 20th century.  A majestic lime tree in the garden sheltered our excellent lunch. The participants left their heart wide open, happy and very relaxed. We shall come back again for sure! Here a few pictures of the place:
