  • MLC Movements (Méthode de Libération des Cuirasses www.marieliselabonte.com)
  • Body Work including breathing, concentration, relaxation exercises
  • Stopping Movements with Music
  • Introduction to Clearing the Mind exercises and Meditation
  • Creating a simple training module for my daily life
  • Laughter Yoga and Visionary work
  • Reckognizing my reaction to stress and learn to stop what depletes me
  • Delicious Vegetarian Meals
  • Time to relax, read, walk etc.

Walks and play in nature depending on the weather. The program aims at learning development of attention in an easy and pleasurable manner and without effort, taking you to profound relaxation, better breathing, concentration, quietness of mind and the joy of conscious moving.

Morning meditation is optional and included in the price of the workshop

Price

Frs. 300 plus full pension around € 180-200 according to accommodation, 2 nights in a nice comfy and spacious house in the countryside, 6 delicious vegetarian meals and 4 snacks)

Rita Rütsche  teaches  through the body, movement, breathing and attention and is trained and inspired by Yoga, Grinberg Method, MLC (Méthode de Libération des Cuirasses) EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Hsin Tao

Sylvie Meynier teaches through connecting all levels of the being : physical, emotioonal, mental, energetic and spiritual and is trained and inspired by energy therapies, NLP (Neuro linguistic programation), EFT, laughter yoga, and integrative community therapy.www.laughingbutterfly.ch
